MHC Update: Trauma-Informed Care for Children & Adolescents
This morning, I had the honor of presenting about healing trauma in children and adolescents at Cypress Creek Hospital. I love working with children and teens from hard places and their families to teach them the practical skills they need to heal past wounds and thrive as they grow. We focused on some really great research from The Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development on how to understand and help heal trauma in children.
