Meet Caroline Sweatt-Eldredge, MA, LPC
Caroline Sweatt-Eldredge is a licensed counselor in Houston, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University in College Station, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and English and a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management. After graduation, she attended Texas State University in San Marcos where she received her Master's degree in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling.
As a licensed professional counselor, she has worked in private practice and nonprofit settings with children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in working with couples and families and focuses her work on understanding the impact of trauma across the lifespan. Caroline presents workshops on trauma and trauma-informed care, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and relationship health and has written curriculum for parent education opportunities and premarital counseling groups. Additionally, she is a frequent contributor to PsychCentral and has been selected as a Psychology Today expert on marriage and relationships. She enjoys reading anything she can get her hands on and traveling to new places.
