MHC Update: Gottman Method Level One Training
Hi everyone!
I'm excited to announce that I've officially completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level One Training. The work of the Gottmans has been so influential throughout my career in my work with couples and families, so I'm very excited to make this more "official" and incorporate their method even more. I'm so excited to see how their research continues to impact the families I serve at Memorial Heights Counseling!
